Yes. Use standard warehouse mode for goods such as homewares, packaging or spare parts. If you hold goods under bond, you can enable bonded records on either plan without an extra plan fee. Whal provides recordkeeping tools; your business remains responsible for the permissions and decisions that apply to its goods.
Whal’s production database is hosted in Sydney. Other services, such as email delivery and optional AI tools, may process data elsewhere. See our Privacy page for the services used to run Whal.
You can export stock records to CSV, subject to your staff permissions. Contact hellowhal@icloud.com for help with other records or restoring data.
